This is a hustler’s version of yoga. Be ready for weights, high-intensity cardio intervals, and the ease of a flow class! This comprehensive body sculpting class is designed to make you sweat as you challenge your strength, flexibility, stability, and straight up stamina! Lots of modifications are offered, and everyone’s welcome. No shoes necessary.


This dynamic class is where yin meets yang. Empty your aggression as you punch away in a high-energy boxing workout followed by a flow series designed to make you feel revitalized and restored. Feel empowered by boxing. Feel grounded by yoga. Add fire to the flow.


Step up your cardio game and fire up your core in this intense toning and conditioning HIIT workout! Be ready for a combination of plyometric, functional and athletic exercises, laced with intervals of active recovery!

Biceps, triceps, abs, pecs- you’ll get them all working in this house long sweat session. In this workout you will feel the difference in your upper body and core, and also get that burn and muscle build you are aiming for.

The format of this class will be “10-20-20-10”: 10 minutes of warm-up, 20 minutes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), 20 minutes of yoga flow, and 10 minutes of cool down and restore . . .Your slow-and-fast twitch muscles will thank you. So expect to work hard and break a serious sweat, then find your inner zen.
