BOOKING WINDOWS
Classes can be booked 7 days in advance, beginning at midnight.
EARLY CANCELLATIONS
You have up to 4 hours prior to the start of class to cancel your reservation. No phone cancellations will be accepted. The only way to cancel your reservation is online. Once a spot is cancelled within the allowed timeframe, the class will be returned to your profile to be used at a future date.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you have not signed in 5 minutes before class starts, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist and you will forfeit your spot. As it is disruptive to have people entering and leaving the studio during the class, and unsafe to you as the participant, late arrivals and early departures will not be permitted.
INDOOR SHOES
To keep our studio and equipment pristine, only training shoes will be permitted in class.
LOCKERS
Lockers are available at the studio. No contents are permitted to remain overnight; we reserve the right to remove any contents overnight.
MINIMUM AGE
No clients under the age of 18 are permitted at the studio, or in the waiting area while caregiver is attending classes.
CELL PHONES
Cell phones should be left in the locker and not brought into class. If there is an emergency, please let the Front Desk team know.
GENERAL
It is very important to us that everyone feels welcome and comfortable at LAKMA. Please observe the following:
⦁ Please use your towel and cleaner provided to clean up after yourself
⦁ Please treat everyone with respect. There is a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or abuse toward team members and fellow clients
⦁ A**holes are not permitted at LAKMA. If you don’t understand this policy, you may not belong here.

METHOD OF PAYMENTS
We will gladly accept cash and Debit Cards as payment for services or products.
REFUNDS
All memberships, class packages, and retail sales are non-transferable and non-refundable.
PRICING & MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
We reserve the right to change pricing and availability of pricing options at any time, for any reason.
PURCHASES
As a personal training client of LAKMA, you have up to 4 hours prior to your session starting to cancel. To cancel your appointment, you must notify us directly by email, phone or Whatsapp in order to reschedule your missed session. Any cancellations inside the 4 hours of your personal training session will result in a charge of 50% of the session cost.
PERSONAL TRAINING
If you are interested in one-on-one training, please info@lakmastudio.com for more information. If you are interested in a specific date, time, or coach, please mention this in your email. LAKMA holds sessions in a private training room. Most sessions are 60 -minutes. Please note there is a strict 4-hour cancellation policy.
